We have such a need for reliable, experienced workers that we are looking to employ additional people on permanent part-time hours, guaranteeing a minimum of 15 hours pay per week irrespective of whether you work that many hours or not.

We currently have vacancies for workers to assist specifically with the following NDIS funded clients:

• Female, 3 x 3 hr evenings per week, social support and domestic assistance (east)
• Female, 4 x 3 hr mornings for personal care (Bayside)
• Female, daily domestic and transportation services (St George)
• Female, Mon – Friday, 1.5 hrs each morning personal care (Canterbury/Bankstown)
• Female, Saturday and Sunday mornings - personal care, physio support, domestic, respite (Sutherland Shire)
• Female, afternoons x 7 days, personal care, physio support, domestic, respite (Lidcombe)

Working around Sydney (mostly the east, inner west and St George/Sutherland) you’ll provide home care services to the aged, frail, and people living with a disability in their own homes (NDIS funded). Dealing with behavioural and social matters, our staff support clients with a range of disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy, mental health conditions (acute and chronic), intellectual impairment and high intensity physical needs, as well as those that just need a little help with day to day living activities that they’re no longer able to do unassisted.

Longevity is highly important and reliability is needed from staff as clients take time to develop relationships and build trust with people. That’s why we are willing to offer the right person the opportunity to develop their own extensive roster and nurture their client relationships on an on-going basis.

Essential requirements:

• Certificate III in Aged, Community or Disability Care (or)
• Extensive experience working in a similar healthcare environment
• First Aid Certificate
• Manual Handling competency evidence (or willingness to complete an on-line course)
• WWCC and NCHRC
• Available and suitable car for work, clean licence, fully insured
