We are keen to hear from experienced support workers interested in permanent part-time hours and can guarantee a minimum of 15 hours pay per week, irrespective of whether you work that many hours or not. We are also recruiting casual staff for those that need more flexibility.

Working around Sydney (mostly the east, inner west and St George/Sutherland) our team provides care and support to a range of clients who are aged, frail, or with disabilities and living in their own homes.

You’ll be responsible for all aspects of your clients’ daily living routine, ranging from supporting them to develop and maintain independence in personal care, health and hygiene, assisting with domestic duties and helping with engagement and participate in the community.

Longevity is highly important and reliability is needed from staff as clients take time to develop relationships and build trust with people. That’s why we are willing to offer the right person the opportunity to develop their own extensive roster and nurture their client relationships on an on-going basis.

Essential requirements:

• Certificate III in Aged, Community or Disability Care (or)
• Extensive experience working in a similar healthcare environment
• First Aid Certificate
• Manual Handling competency evidence (or willingness to complete an on-line course)
• WWCC and NCCHC
• Available and suitable car for work, clean licence, fully insured
