Bluearth Foundation’s mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of Australian children by making movement part of everyday life.

With your help, we can challenge the growing epidemic of Australian children who are living sedentary lives and not meeting their daily recommended physical activity levels.

For 20 years Bluearth has worked in schools and early learning settings across Australia to provide the building blocks that support active play and movement in childhood, giving kids a happier, healthier future.

Our head office is based in Port Melbourne and our Coaches have a presence in more than 100 primary schools and early learning environments across Australia.

About the role:

You will be responsible for managing Bluearth’s Administrative, Financial, HR and Governance functions. Competencies required for the position include:

  • High level bookkeeping, financial analysis, budgeting and management skills
  • Payroll, HR and Office Management experience
  • Able to build positive and effective working relationships at all levels, internally & externally
  • Analytical thinking & creative problem solving & attention to detail
  • High level communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to reinforce a culture that values all people, productive behaviour, team working & knowledge sharing
  • Diplomatic and discrete
  • Able to multi-task; responsive and willing to adapt to a variety of tasks and changing circumstances
  • IT competent- MS Office suite, MYOB, Salesforce CRM
