Our client is Australia's oldest social enterprise and their Training team is growing. The team is focused on providing career paths and traineeships to young people, working closely with other not for profits, corporates and organisations.
Located in Mascot, the Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for finding host clients, talent search and placement of trainees as well as their ongoing support and care whilst ensuring all compliance, administration and system procedures are maintained.
You will report to the Manager of the Training team and be responsible for account management, end to end recruitment of young candidates to fill trainee positions with our host employers, business development, and ongoing communication and support of clients and trainees during their traineeship.
Excellent computer skills, a positive attitude and being team focused and collaborative is key. You’ll be someone who thrives in an environment where each day can be different, and you’ll be motivated by achieving KPI's whilst also doing meaningful work that can help build a positive future for young people.
