This HR Management position will lead and strengthen the team's people and culture function. The role is a hands-on and strategic position where you’ll partner closely with leaders and teams to build a thriving, culturally safe, and high-performing workplace.
This is more than a traditional HR role - it’s an opportunity to shape workforce strategy while staying connected to the day-to-day needs of staff across multiple sites.
You’ll play a key role in driving a positive, compliant, and culturally safe workplace, supporting leaders, and ensuring best-practice HR systems and processes are in place.
