About the Role

The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day function of our headspace receptions (Osborne Park and Joondalup) to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

You will work within the strategic direction and guidance of the senior management team to ensure that practice management services meet community demand.

Duties include but not limited to:

Rostering coordination, Medicare billing processes, providing reports as required, undertaking compliance and other audits as required, assisting in the marketing and identifying services.

Selection Criteria

1. Diploma in Practice Management
2. More than 3 years experience in practice management
3. Demonstrated customer focus
4. Demonstrated experience in managing, supervising and developing multidisciplinary team, including day to day management of workloads
5. Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, including the capacity to advise and consult effectively with a wider range of clients, service providers and other professionals.
6. Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise competing tasks
7. The ability to analyse and comprehend information, prepare  reports and recommendations and communicate the findings
8. High level skills in the use of practice management software.

Pre-Commencement Requirements:

1. Current National Police Clearance & Working with Children Check
2. Current driver’s license
3. Current eligibility to work in Australia
