The Divisional Manager Waste Services leads the delivery of Council’s landfill and transfer station operations, as well as planning and delivering landfill and transfer station infrastructure improvements and capital works, along with domestic waste and recycling and garden organics collection of over 22,000 services and importantly waste minimisation and education.

You will have many key qualities including exceptional communication skills; inspirational leadership, relationship and networking skills to actively promote a culture of excellence. You will have a passion for customer service and delivering quality and cost-effective waste services to the residents of Eurobodalla Shire. A sound track record in developing and managing projects along with experience in planning, monitoring and managing a budget is also essential to be successful in this role.
