We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Supervisor - Paediatric Speech Pathology team, to support our Child Health multi-disciplinary team.

Your motivation, interpersonal skills, and expertise as a Clinical Supervisor for the Paediatric Speech Pathology Clinicians will see you excel in this role as you:

• Provide guidance to Paediatric Speech Pathology Clinicians to support their safe and effective clinical practice
• Facilitate the application of new knowledge and skills into practice
• Support Paediatric Speech pathology clinicians in their development and accomplishment of professional goals and objectives
• Support Paediatric Speech Pathology Clinicians to review, reflect on, and evaluate own clinical practice
• Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team paediatric allied health team

What you will need:

• Registration with AHPRA
• Credentialed qualification in Speech Pathology
• A minimum of 7 years experience in the discipline
• Demonstrated ability to reflect on own practice and be a valuable model to supervisees
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
