Launch Housing is an independent Melbourne based community organisation passionately committed to ending homelessness. From providing high-quality housing to an innovative range of support, education, and employment services, we bring solutions to homelessness under one roof for thousands at risk or experiencing the crisis and trauma of homelessness. With over 400 staff working across 14 locations in metropolitan Melbourne, we combine direct action with advocacy, research, and innovation to drive widespread change.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team within our Housing and Homelessness Entry Points portfolio. The Prioritisation Team Leader would support a team who assess and maintain our knowledge of people in housing crisis requiring resources, as well as making appropriate referrals and allocations to those resources.

The Prioritisation List Team Leader is responsible for the supervision and mentoring of the members of their team. They will also manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure a consistent and best-practice approach to resource allocation and processes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant territory qualification in human services and have demonstrated experience of building positive stakeholder relationships, acting with integrity and developing clear consistent processes. You will be able to support staff to problem solve challenging decisions and make well thought out allocations of resources to the most appropriate referrals.
