About the role

Launch Housing has embarked on an exciting journey to migrate to the cloud, modernise its legacy IT networks, improve its cyber security capability and refresh its fleet of end user devices.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your primary responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership over the IT function including:
  • IT governance;
  • Engagement with senior stakeholders and business teams; and
  • Administration of the IT budget.
• Manage Launch's vendor relationships, including managed service providers, security partners and application providers;
• Continue to manage the delivery of Launch Housing's IT transformation program and help refine Launch's future strategy;
• Manage a small team of IT professionals; and
• Identify and manage the delivery of IT projects as required.

Your profile

As an IT professional, you are able to effectively communicate and lead at all levels.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work collaboratively with business customers and vendors towards delivering effective IT solutions;
• Leadership qualities, including a high degree of initiative and analytical skills;
• Demonstrated ability to identify and manage IT projects in collaboration with business teams;
• A working knowledge of computer systems, cyber security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems and phone systems; and
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
