We are seeking an Asset and Administration Worker to join our friendly Prahran THM team.

​​The Role:

Some of the key responsibilities of this position are:

  • Respond to accounts payable, accounts receivable queries and other general information;​
  • Assist in report preparation for funding bodies and key stakeholders as required;​
  • ​Weekly and monthly rent balancing and reconciliation;​
  • Accounts payable/receivable in conjunction with Tenancy & Property and Finance teams;
  • Liaise with creditors; ​
  • Reporting, expenditure tracking, and the procurement of goods and services;
  • Reception duties, office administration, and rent administration.

​​About You:

  • Demonstrated commitment to social justice and inclusion;
  • Experience in working with a multi-disciplinary team and demonstrated ability to work autonomously; and excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • Well developed interpersonal skills. Communicates clearly, demonstrates active listening and asks appropriate questions;
  • Strong financial acumen. Experience maintaining accurate financial records and efficiency to meet established budgets;
  • Excellent attention to detail, with particular reference to ​alphanumerical / and financial data;​
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office programs;​
  • Works collaboratively with others. Openly shares information, participates positively and contributes to team discussions and team culture;
