We are looking for an engaging & motivated community focused worker to join our NO MORE team in Darwin.

The NO MORE DV Action Plan Coordinator is responsible for delivering activities that support NO MORE in meeting its objectives. This position has a particular focus on engaging with sporting and community stakeholders around Domestic Violence Action Plans (DVAPS) and working collaboratively with NO MORE Program workers to increase the involvement of sporting groups in DFV reduction activities.

NO MORE is a Northern Territory-wide Aboriginal initiative that works with the community to develop local responses to reduce the incidence of domestic and family violence (DFV). This is achieved by raising awareness, educating and mobilising individuals, groups and communities to change attitudes and behaviours towards women and children. NO MORE encompasses a dynamic process of change through developing community leadership, responsibility and action, and adapting to the needs of the community. It is an evidenced-based program using the nationally accepted drivers of DFV as the base for making change.
