We are looking for a Manager to join our organisation; This position will form part of the leadership team and contribute to the development of the whole organisation.

CatholicCare NT (CCNT) is a Catholic social service agency, established in the Diocese of Darwin in 1993. We provide services throughout the NT, including service centres in Darwin, Palmerston, Tiwi islands, Katherine, Daly River, Wadeye, Tennant Creek, Alice Springs, and Santa Teresa. We also have staff in West Arnhem, Titjikala, Finke and APY lands.

The Child, Family & Mental Health Programs Manager has a critical role in maintaining CatholicCare NT's reputation for high quality and effective service delivery. The person in this position needs to be adaptable and have the capacity to lead and manage a program across multiple sites. The ability to work well with multiple senior managers and in complex environments will be important.

CatholicCare NT delivers a range programs including Family and Relationship Services (FaRS), Children and Parenting Services (CaPS), Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS), Intensive Family Parenting Services, Community Mental Health (CMH), Youth and Mental Health Services (YaMHS) and Children's Contact Services (CCS). These services are delivered from a number of locations across the Northern Territory by regionally based teams.

Purpose of the Position

As a subject matter expert in Child, Family and Mental Health programs, the Manager drives the ongoing development and implementation of Child, Family and Mental Health programs to support participant outcomes across four regions within the Northern Territory. Initially, there will be a focus on developing Children and Parenting and Community Mental Health services across regions.
