The Big Issue Australia is an independent organisation that develops and operates social enterprises and creative, sustainable solutions to homelessness, providing opportunities for people experiencing marginalisation and disadvantage to positively change their lives.
The Big Issue is seeking a Music Editor to create content for our national, fortnightly magazine. This is a freelance WFH position, which will commence in October.
You must be an experienced music journalist and critic, with proven editing experience. You already have industry contacts and a portfolio of writing to provide examples of your work.
You will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You will be highly organised, flexible and committed to inclusive, high-quality arts journalism.
The role pays $295 per edition, for 24 editions per year.
