Anglicare has an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Case Manager or Mental Health Practitioner in our Emotional Wellbeing for Older Persons program in the Central and East Sydney region. This program aims to provide psychological wellbeing support services for residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) across the Central and Eastern Sydney region. You will be working across Residential Aged Care homes and would suit the person who like to work autonomously, as well as having the support of a large team
In this role you will be providing assessment and psychological interventions to meet the needs of Anglicare Emotional Wellbeing for Older Persons (EWOP) program participants with mild and moderate mental health needs.
This role is remunerated under the SOCIAL, COMMUNITY, HOME CARE and DISABILITY SERVICES industry award (SCHADS).
