An exciting opportunity exists for someone with excellent client relationship and employee management skills and experience to join Bobby Goldsmith Foundation’s Client Services team in this senior role.
Bobby Goldsmith Foundation (BGF) is Australia’s oldest community-based HIV organisation, providing client services and health promotion programs in NSW and SA. We provide direct practical assistance, emotional support, financial counselling, and housing advocacy to people living with HIV (PLHIV).
We help people live independently through support in daily activities, such as shopping for groceries and attending medical appointments; we support people through their financial worries, and we provide programs that keep our clients socially connected.

Reporting to the Director, Client Services, Psychosocial Support Services Manager is a key member of BGF’s Client Services Leadership team and has accountabilities for all Psychosocial Support Services matters for our clients. The position manages a team which consists of Case Managers, Case Workers, Financial Counsellor and AOD Case Manager.
Your primary focus will be to manage a dedicated team of case workers and case managers to deliver quality services to improve the quality of life for people living with HIV. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships and referral pathways with service partners.

This is a permanent full-time role working 76.0 hrs per fortnight and you will have access to flexible working arrangement (minimum 3 days a week in the office).
This is a hand-on role and you are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You are a trusted manager who has previously demonstrated strong leadership and management capabilities within a not‐for‐profit organisation coupled with the following skills, qualification and experience:
