BeyondHousing is currently seeking Project Manager to plan, implement and coordinate our construction projects. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this brand new role will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring across all new construction projects, including reporting and database management, monitoring project budgets, assessing and monitoring risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and in scope to support BeyondHousing’s Growth Strategy. 

This role can be located in any of our 4 offices across – Seymour, Shepparton, Wangaratta or Wodonga. 

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager who has the following:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in the building & construction sector
  • Strong IT skills including well developed skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills including the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • The ability to develop positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring project budgets
  • The capacity to assess and report on risks and emerging issues within projects
  • The capacity to develop evidence-based recommendations and business cases
  • A current drivers licence.

What we offer

This is a full time role, however the option of 0.8FTE (4 days per week) will also be considered if preferred. An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience. The role is classified as Level 6 in the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
