As a UX/UI Designer in the BES team, you’ll be working on projects that directly impact our overall mission. Our software suite includes Tupaia and Tamanu and we also implement and support mSupply and DHIS2 systems, all of which you’ll contribute to.
Currently, our team is advancing our software to support the COVID-19 response for vulnerable populations in the Pacific, in particular vaccine registration, lab test results management with a patient portal, and mapping of medical supplies. Our aim is to make the experience intuitive and beautiful, so that it is a pleasure for users to explore interactive graphs, maps, and other visualisations to enable evidence-informed decision making, even if they are not totally comfortable with tech or data.
Day to day, you will:

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience as a UX/UI Designer. Experience in some (we don't expect all) of the following skills would also be an advantage:

Right now, we're working remotely until restrictions ease but the office is on Nicholson St in Brunswick East - close to Lygon Street with its Cafés, restaurants and bars - and there is a big park just behind our building.
