About the role

The People & Culture Innovation Project Lead partners across the organisation to design and implement Human Resoource projects that improve organisational alignment to Beyond Blue values, strategy and consumer intimacy. The newly created role will contribute to change interventions to enable the success of Beyond Blue’s business transformation strategy.

Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the implementation of the ELMO HRIS (recruitment, onboarding and learning modules) to ensure a system is created that provides a positive candidate, employee and manager experience
  • Lead the implementation of engagement survey and feedback strategy
  • Lead strategic IR projects to ensure compliance and manage risks
  • Design and deliver manager tools and workshops to enable business and office transformation projects (e.g. managing through change, strategic recruitment, job design, flexible working)
  • Contribute, lead and/or manage Human Resources projects as required

The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resource management
  • Five years minimum human resources experience preferably in community sector/NFP/Public health organisations
  • Experience leading and delivering Human Resources interventions, such as HRIS implementation (ELMO experience preferred) and inhouse employee survey platform

The successful candidate will also have the willingness to commit to and work in line with the Beyond Blue Values.

Please note our offices will be relocating to Melbourne CBD mid-2020.
