The People & Culture Innovation Project Lead partners across the organisation to design and implement Human Resoource projects that improve organisational alignment to Beyond Blue values, strategy and consumer intimacy. The newly created role will contribute to change interventions to enable the success of Beyond Blue’s business transformation strategy.
The successful candidate will also have the willingness to commit to and work in line with the Beyond Blue Values.
Please note our offices will be relocating to Melbourne CBD mid-2020.

The People & Culture Innovation Project Lead role is offered on a full-time, six-month fixed term contract.
