Delivered by Beyond Blue, in collaboration with Early Childhood Australia and Headspace, Be You is Australia’s national mental health in education initiative. It equips educators with knowledge, tools and resources to support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people from birth to 18 years.

As a Be You Business Analyst, you'll be an integral part of the Be You Workforce Enablement team. This position involves designing and implementing digital solutions across various projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and day-to-day operations. The focus is on ensuring a user-centric, experience-led approach to solution development, incorporating user needs, insights, data, research, and analysis, aligned with the Be You Digital strategy.

Reporting to the Digital Product Lead, this role collaborates closely with the Be You workforce enablement team, including the Digital Product Lead and Project Manager, as well as the broader Be You Experience team, Be You Education and Delivery teams, and Be You Delivery Partners such as Early Childhood Australia and headspace. Collaboration extends to cross-functional teams within Be You, CRM, IT, and Business Improvement teams.

About the role

The key duties of the role include:

  • Support the development and implementation of the Be You Digital strategy in alignment with the Beyond Blue Digital Strategy.
  • Assist the Digital Product Manager in crafting and delivering Be You digital roadmaps.
  • Collaborate across teams to gather, validate, and document requirements, analyse data, and define current and target states.
  • Analyse proposed solutions, identify potential issues, risks, and benefits, and conduct change impact assessments.
  • Work with vendors and teams to create functional specifications for solutions.
  • Simplify technical documentation into plain language for team understanding.
  • Support solution implementation and testing to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through insights, data, and research.
  • Support change management processes across Be You.
  • Produce high-quality written documents and provide input into key reports.
  • Ensure project management activities are implemented in accordance with company policies.

About you

The role is ideal for Business Analyst who have previously worked on Salesforce systems and meet the below requirements and skills:

  • Three or more years of Business Analyst experience with technical implementations of Salesforce systems.
  • Mid-to-advanced experience with Salesforce configurations.
  • Business Analyst background in CRM process design and implementation
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales & Service Cloud) and their functionalities, as well as the ability to model a role hierarchy, data model, and appropriate sharing mechanisms.
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
