We are currently seeking Community Support Workers to become part of our team. You will be required to provide holistic care to our aged clients, which could include: in-home support, shopping assistance, domestic, social and personal care support and community access/ transport and medication monitoring. Essential Criteria

• Community Cert 3 or 4 specific experience is preferred however candidates with a genuine commitment to study will be considered.
• Demonstrated experience in working with the Aged or Disabled in a community setting
• Ability to function effectively as a member of a team and work unsupervised
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
• Current NSW Driver’s License and own vehicle

Essential

• Compliance with Covid 19 vaccination
• Demonstrates competencies in W.H&S Work Place requirements and follows essential procedures in Infection Control and Hazard Identification.
