About the Role:

Bethany is excited to advertise for the role of Project Leader - Family Preservation and Reunification Response. This position is part time, fixed term contract and will be reporting to the Manager Evidence and Practice Development. The core purpose of this role is to support and drive the implementation of the FPRR project partnership activities to ensure the common agenda for the program is achieved across two areas of Barwon and South West Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, coordinate and drive the development of mutually reinforcing activities for the FPRR Program Management Group across Barwon and South West Victoria.
  • Chair and lead the implementation activities within the Bethany Learning Implementation Team (LIT) to build implementation capacity within Bethany.
  • To support the implementation of the FPRR practice modules and implementation activities, tailoring the approach to fit Bethany’s FPRR approach.
  • Support the FPRR Program with participating in the DHFF external evaluation of the program.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the FPRR Management Group and LIT, including writing reports and analysing data.
  • Share the learnings from the implementation science approach with the wider Bethany group.

About you:

  • A tertiary qualification in business management, human services, project management or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in project management and/or similar experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in project management including the proven ability to plan, manage and report on complex projects within tight timelines.
  • Experience in community-based service delivery using evidence-informed approaches, practices and models.
