The Opportunity

Working alongside the other Individual Giving Specialist, as part of the overall Fundraising team, this role is responsible for developing and managing Berry Street’s individual giving portfolio in order to acquire new supporters, strengthen donor relationships and maximise giving opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities

This role has a particular focus on the acquisition and retention of regular givers as well as driving engagement with the virtual gift catalogue. This role is also responsible for developing and managing large integrated multi-channel fundraising campaigns across multiple segments. Another key component of this role is considering how to unlock the potential of digital to maximise supporter engagement and financial giving.

About You

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field coupled with suitable experience in a similar role. 
  • Strong knowledge of and previous experience using Raisers Edge CRM.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving proven fundraising results.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Victorian Child and Family services sector.
