About the role:

The Evidenced Based Program Intake and Facilitation Worker position will effectively deliver and coordinate Triple P intake, screening and allocation practices in the North East Metropolitan Child & Family Service Alliance with a focus on families being referred from the Orange Door. The main aim is to strengthen parent’s capacity to meet their children’s wellbeing, safety, early learning and developmental needs. To also provide a therapeutic response to early childhood trauma and deliver early parenting skill development with families and within the Family Services team.

About you:

You will hold a tertiary qualification in Early Years, Social Work, Psychology, Welfare or a related discipline along with possessing Triple P facilitator accreditation.

You will have demonstrated ability to actively engage and connect with families and children in the delivery of evidenced based group work programs and a good understanding of child development, factors that might impact on a child’s development and indicators of child abuse and neglect.
