This role will see you providing employee well-being services, counselling and trauma support face to face/phone setting. Engage in a range of diverse and rewarding clinical work across the public and private sectors where no day is the same.

We would love to talk to you if you:

• Are a registered Social Worker, Psychologist or Counsellor:
  • Social Workers are required to have a membership with the AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers)
  • Psychologists are required to be fully registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Counsellors are required to have either Clinical Membership with either PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia) and/or a Minimum Level 3 Membership with the ACA (Australian Counselling Association)
• Have demonstrated skills in short term counselling and psychological first aid
• Have knowledge and experience in managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and anger issues
• Have experience in face to face counselling and telephone counselling
• Have excellent time management and analytical skills and feel comfortable with technology including digital modalities
