The Australian Packaging Covenant of Australia (APCO) is a co-regulatory, not-for-profit organisation partnering with governments and industries to reduce the environmental impact of packaging.
APCO aims to change the culture of business and educate consumers through the implementation of unique partnerships, projects, and programs and the subsequent promotion of sustainable packaging activities including sustainable design, recycling initiatives, waste to landfill reduction, and circular economy.
The Team Coordinator will be responsible for organising activities to support the efficient and effective function of the Partnerships and Program team. The successful candidate will undertake team coordination and administration duties including setting up meetings, taking minutes, researching in preparation for meetings, making improvements to processes and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, enjoy working in a busy team with competing priorities and have an interest in sustainability. You will be technology savvy with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce. In addition, you enjoy engaging with a variety of stakeholders to support partnerships and projects.
This role will suit a PA, EA, Team Coordinator, Office Manager or anyone who is obsessed with organising, has great attention to detail, loves to forward think and use initiative and loves getting stuff done!
