Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN) is a national network of independent member organisations that give a voice to older people who are eligible or receiving aged care services.
Working with government to influence aged care policy through systemic advocacy, the nine state and territory member organisations deliver advocacy services for older people across Australia.
The Marketing, Partnerships & Engagement Manager sits in the Leadership team and will drive the organisation’s Engagement Strategy and Engagement Implementation Plan, maintaining regular reporting on progress. You will lead the Communications, Marketing, PR and Education teams to support activities raising OPAN’s profile; opening doors for new partnerships and collaborations to further develop OPAN’s peak body status and the reach of their advocacy activities.
You will have a keen sense of opportunity when it comes to supporting OPAN’s reach and reputation and be a natural at identifying and nurturing mutually beneficial partnerships.
Successful candidates must have current vaccination against COVID-19 as per OPAN Vaccination Policy and will be asked to undergo a Police Check and vulnerability check as a condition of employment.
