Role Summary

You are responsible for building meaningful and enduring donor relationships through the development and growth of a major gifts program.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver significant growth in high net worth partners
• Develop strategies, plans and timelines for philanthropic partnerships
• Expand and manage an active prospect pipeline
• Track income and expenditure against KPIs
• Work with the fundraising team to engage major donors through events and presentations

Skills & Attributes

• Degree qualification and demonstrated experience in sales, business development or corporate partnerships
• Natural relationship building skills including confidence in public speaking
• Ability to multitask, with a strategic outlook
• Strong administrative and organisation skills
• Database management preferable
