Role Summary

As an integral member of the Digital Team, be responsible for the growth of both Symphony - a digital library of interactive and engaging learning experiences from the world's best citizenship education providers - and Videos for Change - a student-led, project-based, real world learning experience that gives young people the opportunity to create one-minute videos on issues they are passionate about.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Digital Services, the National Sales Lead is responsible for taking the various High Resolves digital product offerings, including Videos for Change and the new ‘Symphony’ platform to market and driving adoption of these products in schools and organisations across Australia.

In order to achieve the growth targets, you will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, to develop comprehensive go-to-market and ongoing Sales strategies in order to achieve target metrics and identify and engage with key strategic partners.

The National Sales Lead is also responsible for developing and nurturing both new and existing relationships with key partners and stakeholders within the education sector, including Departments of Educations, Secondary Principals Associations, and other key industry organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing and Communications Team to develop and implement their go-to-market and ongoing Sales and Marketing strategies
  • Engage directly with school leaders and decision makers to provide product demos and understand how High Resolves offering can support their needs
  • Manage customer relationships through the initial sales and subscription renewal process, always striving to increase conversion and retention rates
  • Attend, host or present at key industry events, conferences, webinars
  • Work closely with the Premium Services team to explore and share opportunities for cross selling products into existing partner schools
  • Promote all aspects of the High Resolves program to participating schools and youth organisations
  • Build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the Australian education, government, non-profit, philanthropic and education technology sectors
  • Assist in the development of strategic partnership proposals, aligning High Resolves’ work to identified gaps and opportunities with potential partner organisations
  • Provide feedback on the range of products, from a Sales perspective, in order to ensure that they are meeting the needs of schools and other organisations
  • Support the implementation and successful delivery of KPI’s according to timeline, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on initiatives

Essential Criteria and Success factors of the role:

  • Sales/Account/Relationship Management experience required
  • An understanding of the school and education sector is highly desirable
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other advanced CRM systems is desirable
  • Must be passionate about citizen education and happy to collaborate as part of a fun and innovative team
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Working With Children Check, and provide proof of vaccination
