As the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer you will have a major role in supporting the Many Rivers team to deliver their mission of supporting people to move from welfare dependency to self-reliance and to make a valuable contribution to their communities and to the broader economy by assisting them to start in business, stay in business and thrive in business through the development of their CRM and Digital transformation projects.

What you’ll be doing…

The D365 Developer will manage the ongoing development of Many Rivers’ Dynamics 365 CRM platform and provide application support. If customising the D365 CRM straight out-of-the-box is your happy place APPLY TODAY! Apart from that you’ll also be tasked with the following:

  • Manage the development lifecycle through build, test, deploy and support stages of a D365 CRM system change and/or strategic project implementation;
  • Manage integration development between D365 CRM, Power Apps infrastructure and the suite of integrated applications including: Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint and more.
  • Provide D365 CRM platform application support
  • Liaise with delivery partners and external vendors
  • Create and maintain D365 CRM support documentation

Many Rivers is seeking a passionate, caring and committed Dynamics 365 Developer to join their team as they embark on one of the industries most creative digital transformation projects. This transformation has been in the making for a number of years, now is the right time to get involved!

What you’ll bring…

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Out-of-the box Configuration, JavaScript, Plug-ins).
  • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project methodology.
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud infrastructure, Native Azure services and structure.
  • Proven ability to enable the development of complex functional and technical CRM designs.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps automation.
  • Experience with configuration management, organisation and re-factoring.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Microsoft ERP applications such as D365 Finance and Operations.
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.

Extra points for (desirable)…

  • Banking and/or finance industry experience
  • Microsoft certification
