We have partnered with a rapidly growing, for purpose health organisation, with a mission to improve mental health. The top outcomes achieved through their short and long term programs are mental health, decreased anti-social behaviour and academic performance.
This is a newly created position with the purpose of building a culture that will enable exceptional team performance where employees will embrace growth and self-improvement. The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for building and implementing the L&D Framework and achieving its targets and deliverables.
The L&D Specialist will lead the development of employees, volunteers, delivery partners and deliver a range of plans and programs to build individual and organisational capabilities and objectives. Through the Training Needs Analysis process, this person will identify and close skill gaps across all functions of the organisation.
This person will lead the e-learning implementation project from scope to completion and roll the system out effectively to all stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement engaging, fun and impactful training through a combination of online, web-based and face to face training methods.
You will be passionate, agile and have the capability to take ownership of the L&D function. An experienced Manager would be ideal, however we are just as interested in considering those at the stage in their career that they are looking to step up and ready to spread their wings!
You will be based in Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast & Illawarra and happy to travel as part of the role.
