  • Attractive hourly rate $60 - $70 per hour

The HR team of this government healthcare agency are looking for a key member of their HR Project team to assist in managing a restructure process for up to 40 staff position. This will be under the direction of the Head of People and Culture plus will work directly in a small HR team on a daily basis.

The role:

  • Meet with key stakeholders to interpret restructuring requirements whilst adhering to the documented IR and HR processes
  • Meet with affected staff to communicate changes and offer empathic solutions for redeployment or voluntary redundancy.
  • An ability to interpret IR and HR policies and procedures
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure communication flows
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects as required

The ideal candidate will:

  • Previous HR Project experience - ability to interpret policies and procedures
  • Previous experience of working on Industrial Relations projects ideally in the NSW Health/Public service (but not essential)
  • Have a clear understanding of HR policies and conditions of employment
  • Outcomes focused and strong experience in meeting deadlines and demands
  • Demonstrated experience displaying confidentiality and professionalism
  • As travel will be required to the various sites, own transport is recommended (travel to be reimbursed)
