Working closely with the newly appointed, National Manager - Philanthropy & Development, who boasts an impressive background in growing successful teams and income, you will be in safe and supportive hands.
With a clear growth vision for the next 3-5 years, the focus will be to enrich and expand upon their already diverse fundraising portfolio, increasing engagement internally and externally.
The Heart Foundation’s Bequest program is one of Australia’s largest, currently raising just under $30 million year on year. We are looking for a specialist bequest expert who has the experience and commitment to take one of the most successful bequest programs in the country to the next level.
Reporting directly to the National Manager, Philanthropy & Development, you will lead the national Bequest Program team by ensuring that all aspects of the program are nurtured and developed, with a view to significantly growing this important stream of income. By aligning donors and their legacy plans with the vision and values of the Heart Foundation, you will inspire individuals to consider leaving a Gift in their Will to the Heart Foundation.
As Head of Bequests, you will lead from the front, ensuring that the administration, communication and relationship aspects of the Bequest Program are well managed.
