The Role – Fundraising Operations & Supporter Care Manager

Based on the Gold Coast, reporting to the General Manager Fundraising, you will lead a small team in Fundraising Operations within the LifeFlight Foundation. The role will also work closely with other Foundation team members to ensure efficient and positive supporter care functions are provided to support fundraising programs and activities.

As Fundraising Operations & Supporter Care Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and motivate your team to meet deadlines
  • Mentor and support team
  • Supervise the processing of all transactions from donors, events, major gifts, bequests, sponsors, suppliers, and call centres inclusive of data entry/imports, banking, and receipting.
  • Ensuring all process functions meet compliance requirements
  • Managing the day-to-day connection with the LifeFlight Finance team
  • Database administration and quality assurance
  • Business and process improvement

Your Skills and Attributes

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Confidently deliver information to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of fundraising programs and processes involved
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High-level of communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience working with CRMs
  • Ability to multitask
