Reporting into the Community Fundraising & Campaigns Manager you will be mentored and supported by an exceptional manager with a drive for success and a collaborative management style.
Your role is critical in the success of how Dementia Australia raises funds through both local and national events, which includes a myriad of themes, locations, and sizes; from large-scale flagship events to those of a smaller or more intimate scale.
Your focus is to work alongside a Campaign Manager to lead the delivery of events such as the Memory Walk & Jog series. Other events you will execute with your team could include functions, conferences and galas. You'll lead the planning, on-the-day operations and logistics and also the post event evaluation.
Project planning, Project management, working to specific budgets and timelines and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with regional and national teams is essential for each event to achieve the best outcomes.
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for mentoring and leading a small team of 2 Event Specialsits.
