The Role

Reporting into the Fundraising Campaigns Team Leader, you will be mentored and supported by an exceptional leadership team who strive for success and demonstrate a collaborative management style.

The focus of the Fundraising Campaigns Specialist position is to lead, develop, implement, and analyse their national flagship campaign, Memory Walk and Jog. Including 20 events in the series, the Campaign is well established and growing.

Your Responsibilities

  • Use your data skills to manage the post-campaign analysis of Memory Walk and Jog.
  • Build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders including creative and media agencies to ensure brand consistency across fundraising campaigns

Key responsibilities

  • Manage & implement the flagship campaign, Memory Walk and Jog
  • Strategic oversight of the development of the campaign
  • Implement effective strategies, including digital, to maximise participant signups, onboarding, engagement & retention to increase the income of Memory Walk and Jog year on year
  • Assist in leading and developing the implementation of the participant journey
  • Support the Individual Giving team with recommendations for appeals throughout the year, ensuring appeals align with campaign timelines
  • Ensure post-campaign donor and supporter care strategy in place across all fundraising streams

Experience & skills required

  • Community fundraising or campaign management experience with some digital marketing knowledge
  • Understanding & knowledge of community-focused campaigns & products
  • Ability to drive acquisition & engagement strategies across multiple channels
  • Exceptional communication skills and organisational capability
  • Passionate & ambitious with the drive to manage a flagship product
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings when necessary
  • A team collaborator with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
