The Role

Reporting to the Fundraising Campaigns Team Leader you will be mentored and supported by an exceptional leadership team who strive for success and demonstrate a collaborative management style.

Your role is critical in the success of how Dementia Australia raises funds through both local and national events. This is an exciting time of growth for the organisation, which are looking to develop and implement new campaigns and products nationally.

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive innovation across the organisation by testing and creating new campaign ideas as they work to develop new flagship product opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • You will review the existing portfolio of campaigns which consists of outdoor events, functions, conferences, and galas etc. 
  • Assist in the creation of high-impact, digitally focused fundraising events & campaigns
  • Trial & test new opportunities with the long-term goal of creating a new flagship campaign
  • Build trusting relationships cross-team and states
  • Support other team members during peak campaign time

Experience & skills required

  • A creative flair & experience creating new events/products or campaigns with a passion for innovation and testing
  • Community fundraising or campaign management experience, ideally with some background in digital marketing tactics
  • Knowledge of campaign growth strategies across multiple channels
  • Excellent communication skills with the capability to drive acquisition strategies across platforms
  • High-level relationship development skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Ability to ensure that brand consistency is managed across new fundraising campaign ideas
  • Exceptional communication skills and organisational capability
