Reporting to the CEO you will develop and manage a Corporate Partnerships strategy in this newly created role. Working with this inspiring charity who support people living with mental illness, you will build strong and enduring relationships with corporate partners.

This person will relish the challenge of building relationships from the ground up, working closely with the CEO to implement a targeted corporate engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement an innovative and comprehensive strategic plan for corporate partnerships
  • Identify a range of new corporate strategic partnership opportunities that are mutually beneficial
  • Develop strong relationships with a range of corporates who are aligned with the cause
  • Develop innovative propositions for corporate support
  • Manage a new business prospect pipeline
  • Build partnerships from prospect research right through to creating compelling partnership proposals and pitches
  • Manage and develop existing partnerships
  • Provide outstanding stewardship to partners
  • Develop engagement and communication plans in conjunction with corporate partners
  • Manage the revenue pipeline and budget, providing regular reporting to the CEO

Skills & Attributes

  • Fundraising partnerships or commercial partnerships experience required
  • Ability to set up a new corporate partnerships strategy
  • Demonstrable experience in acquiring and developing successful strategic partnerships and building strong business relationships with shared value
  • Ability to manage the full new business cycle from prospect research
  • Experience in implementing a range of activities to cultivate and build relationships
  • Strong proposal writing, pitch and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage and grow accounts
  • Exceptional relationship management experience
  • Results driven, ambitious and self-motivated
