Following the retirement of our current CEO, we are seeking a leader who will build on our history, evaluate and improve the way we currently do things for our clients and who can also help us expand into new areas.
You will be leading an organisation in a strong financial position, with dedicated staff and a supportive, skills based non-executive board behind you.
An experienced, strengths based leader you will work closely with the board and be responsible for executing the strategic plans, fiscal and risk management, staff management, business development, engaging with stakeholders and representing the organisation.
