About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, and working in collaboration with the Project Manager and Subject Matter Experts, this hands-on role will focus on people, process, and technology changes across the Lifeline Network.

You would be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans in collaboration with the Senior Change Manager as well as overseeing tactical implementation (design, development, delivery) of communication and stakeholder engagement activities. Your passion and alignment with Lifeline’s values will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement change management strategies aligned to business objectives and priorities
  • Support the design of change management plans ensuring integration of change activities into project schedules
  • Design, develop and deliver communications to support change management initiatives
  • Drive change and provide guidance to reinforce the change at all levels of the organisation.

Essential Requirements

  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, collaboration and problem solving
  • Experience collaborating successfully with varied internal/external stakeholders to achieve goals and targets
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in order to negotiate and influence
  • Strong change management experience in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Proven ability to identify, manage, and handle risks and difficulties related to the successful execution of business transformation, including change resistance
  • Qualifications in change management are desirable.
