Woodville Alliance is a medium sized, community-based agency with major programs in disability, mental health, family and youth support, community development and early childhood education and care. The head office is based in Fairfield and we work across surrounding local government areas. Communities in this area are ethnically diverse, have low income levels and high levels of disadvantage.
Our new CEO will have a strong appreciation of social justice. They will grow and diversify our Service offering to meet the diverse needs of our multicultural community and build trusting relationships with community leaders and the business community within our service area.
This would include, but not be exclusive to, increasing our capacity to support the mental health of our families, children and community members. Successful programs to support children with mental health challenges to stay at school have been recognised and further funded.
Our focus on our clients is only possible if the CEO builds the capacity of the Executive team and ensures a strong relationship with the Board. A priority during the first year will be to ensure that there is a culture of trust driven by our shared values that focuses on our clients and community.
Please submit a current resume and letter outlining why you want to lead Woodville Alliance and how your experience demonstrates your experience and suitability for this leadership opportunity.
