  • Competitive above award pay rate of up to $40.75-$43.85 per hour + Super + access to NFP salary benefits

What the role involves

  • Day to day management of complex case load of clients and management of new referrals
  • Case manage clients in Staying Home Leaving Violence (SHLV) program
  • Maintain and grow key stakeholder relationships in the community
  • Actively participate in fortnightly SAM meetings with high-level complex cases and external stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively across the organisation
  • Be available for drop-in clients during work hours

This role is right for you if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in the Domestic Family Violence space
  • A qualification relating to human or community services
  • Experience working with individuals from a CALD background
  • Demonstrated case management experience
  • A respectful, non-judgemental and collaborative working style
  • Ideally, you will have a local understanding of the DFV/Child Protection space

The right candidate must be fully vaccinated, be able to work in the office, and have a valid drivers license.
