What the role involves
- Day to day management of complex case load of clients and management of new referrals
- Case manage clients in Staying Home Leaving Violence (SHLV) program
- Maintain and grow key stakeholder relationships in the community
- Actively participate in fortnightly SAM meetings with high-level complex cases and external stakeholders
- Work collaboratively across the organisation
- Be available for drop-in clients during work hours
This role is right for you if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in the Domestic Family Violence space
- A qualification relating to human or community services
- Experience working with individuals from a CALD background
- Demonstrated case management experience
- A respectful, non-judgemental and collaborative working style
- Ideally, you will have a local understanding of the DFV/Child Protection space
The right candidate must be fully vaccinated, be able to work in the office, and have a valid drivers license.
