We are seeking a self-driven and passionate Fundraising Lead who wants to make a real difference and deliver impact for young people who need it most. You will steward our existing long-term funders and look to secure new funding partnerships aligned with our new strategic direction.
In this role, you will research, identify, develop, and secure new funding partnerships and manage, cultivate, and grow existing partnerships aligned with Beacon Foundation’s strategic objectives.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Based in Hobart, this is a permanent, full-time position with five weeks’ annual leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and generous salary packaging under our PBI status in addition to training and a competitive market salary.
