The Role:

Lead Black Dog institutes corporate fundraising and workplace giving offering by performing account management and relationship building with our low to medium value corporate partners. You will aid in generating unrestricted revenue for the Institute and contribute to the overall growth of the portfolio. Provide further support to corporate fundraising initiatives and the wider partnerships team.

Key Duties:

  • Implement partnership agreements in collaboration with corporate contacts and relevant Black Dog Institute directorates
  • Collaborate with Black Dog Institute portfolios to communicate with and provide reports to corporate partners
  • Identify and execute opportunities to grow partnership engagement and expand revenue sources
  • Solicit renewal of formal corporate partnerships, including writing and pitching proposals.
  • Ensure high quality service delivery to corporate fundraisers, including proactive engagement of management and staff, rapid responses and acknowledgements.

About You:

  • 2+ years experience in a fundraising or partnerships role.
  • Demonstrated experience with relationship management and revenue targets.
  • Outstanding communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Ability to connect with partners and form meaningful relationships over video meetings.
  • Experience in presentations, public speaking, reports, and business writing.
  • Proven project and time management skills.
