About the Role:

Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager, the purpose of this role is to effectively market Black Dog Institute's digital mental health hubs and other clinical services that have been created to meet the need for more responsive styles of mental health care. Working as part of a small, collaborative team, the role will develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns that effectively position the hubs and other clinical services within the market and drive awareness and conversion within the identified audience segments.

Key Duties:

  • In collaboration with key stakeholders, develop positioning and key messages from audience Insights
  • Under direction of the Brand and Marketing Manager, develop Integrated marketing and communications campaign plans to drive use of BDI clinical services with a focus on two digital health hubs
  • Execute campaign plans including website, edm, ad and other copywriting, media planning, managing suppliers, working collaboratively with the BDI digital, media, and education teams
  • Be the key contact for internal and external stakeholders for project marketing and communications matters, including internal communications
  • Work collaboratively across the organisation to Identify opportunities, leverage existing activity and create efficiencies
  • Work collaboratively with partner organisations to leverage their networks and channels for promotion of the hubs
  • Review and report on marketing and communications activity for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure that campaigns are executed to time and budget

About You:

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • A minimum of three years' experience in the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to positively influence outcomes and develop and maintain productive working relationships
  • Proactive, solution-focused approach to work
  • Copywriting and email marketing experience
  • Excellent briefing and supplier management skills

Desirable

  • Experience marketing health or wellbeing products or services
