About the job

We are seeking theoretical minded, qualified educator in Early Childhood to join a passionate and supportive team as the Room Leader at Belconnen Early Childhood Centre.

To assist in providing high quality education and care, the applicant should have a strong knowledge of The National Quality Framework, with particular affinity with current theorists, pedagogues and regulations and legislation.

About you

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing quality care and education of the children within the toddler learning environment and adhere to national regulations and legislation and the Company's policies and procedures, as well as embedding the centre philosophy.

The suitable applicant will hold a ACECQA approved bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or studying towards this qualification. A current approved First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis certificate, current Food Safety Supervisor certificate and Working with Vulnerable People card.
