About the role

We are seeking a theoretically minded, qualified Educators in early childhood to join a passionate and supportive team at Capital Region Community Services.

These positions support the Room Leader and other Educators to provide high quality education and care to children within both the nursery and toddler learning environment.

About you

The successful applicants will have a passion and ability to create inviting, natural environments that support children's curiosity and affinity for learning.

You will also be intentional by providing planned and spontaneous learning and exploration opportunities for children to challenge their own interests, knowledge, theories to support a child's holistic development.

The suitable applicants will hold a minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or Diploma in Children's Services. You will also hold a current approved First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis certificate and Working with Vulnerable People card.

About the Company

Since 1975, Belconnen Community Service (BCS) has been providing a wide range of high quality, integrated and inclusive programs and services to individuals, families, children and young people in the Belconnen and wider Canberra region. In 2019, following extensive stakeholder consultation, BCS drafted a new Strategic Plan for the years 2020-2030, and in 2020, officially changed its name to Capital Region Community Services (CRCS) as an indication of its reach into the wider Capital Region.
