About the Role

You will have a unique opportunity to develop and manage our Aged Care offerings and marketing of the programs as well as day-to-day management of the business unit and supervision of employees.

The role will also be responsible for the implementation of strategic directions, networking, service delivery and quality standards, and managing budgets as well as planning for and implementing growth opportunities across the Capital Region.

The role has a focus on managing and building our programs for older people within the Capital Region. This role will be responsible for supervising and growing our current services which include:

  • Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
  • Home care Packages (HCP)
  • Community Assistance and Supports program (CASP)
  • Fee For Services
  • Individual community supports

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in development and management of community based support programs
  • Business unit management budgeting and analytical skills
  • Experience in marketing and business growth
  • Experience in successfully leading services through the accreditation and standards processes
  • Possess the personal attributes of optimism, resilience and flexibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and improve the provision of services using data, client feedback and evidence based practice models
  • Understanding of CHSP, HCP and CASP services and NDIS
