About the role

Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is responsible for leading the planning, development, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of the project within Program and services.

Key functions of the position include:

  • Coordinate the development of systems,
  • Oversees logistics, monitoring and delivery the Involve Project range of programs.
  • Oversees scheduling of programs including enrolments, logistics, staffing and planning of programs.
  • Ensures all outputs are recorded for the Project and targets are being met on a monthly basis and in alignment with budget resources.
  • Promotes the service to other CRCS programs and external stakeholders and service users
  • Lead and develop staff to effectively support Involve Project Team in the performance of their roles
  • Ensure the health and safety of self and others within the workplace
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards.
  • Identify and report any identified or possible risks to CRCS
  • Problem solving with a solution focused outcome to enable delivery of services.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to focus on skills development and abilities of individual participants in a manner that enhances their independence
  • Possess the personal attributes of optimism, resilience and flexibility.
  • High level organisational skills and great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in working with a diverse participant group and upholds the principles of cultural diversity.
  • A proven ability to work as a team member and provide regular feedback including the timely reporting of any important information relating to the project.
  • Ability to create and develop support programs that will enhance the lives of participants and to facilitate these program.
